Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MS in Clinical Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. She utilizes life experience and ten years clinical practice in hospital and private practice settings. Laura is passionate about therapy and provides an unbiased, warm and safe environment. It is important to her for clients to feel heard, cared about and to see results.
Laura received special recognition of cum laude in her BA degree and achieving 4.0 in her MS degree. She has been a member of American Counseling Association, Phi Beta Kappa, conducted seminars and entered a poster presentation on Mind and Body Connection in the 2006 Texas Marriage and Family Conference. She has 20 years of volunteer work including Texas Youth Commission, Houston READ Commission and Harris County Catholic Diocese. Laura enjoys traveling with her husband and spoiling her grandson.
