To ensure timely and accurate processing of referral requests, please complete all required fields and include the necessary supporting information when submitting a referral. Incomplete or missing details may delay review. Referral requests are processed during normal business hours only and are not reviewed on weekends.

Our standard processing time is 48–72 business hours from the time all required information is received. Please allow adequate time when submitting referrals, as we may not be able to accommodate same-day or next-business-day appointments. Providing complete and accurate information helps us process referrals efficiently and ensures proper coordination of care.
